DO I OWN THE COPYRIGHT OF THE DESIGN WORK?
All copyrights are transferred over to the client upon full payment being made.

WHAT TYPE OF SERVICES DO YOU PROVIDE?
I offer both print and web design these include but are not limited to –
Logos, Brand Guidelines, Brand Development, Packaging, Social Media Branding, Web Design, Photo Retouching & Collateral.

What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
To ensure I deliver the best results and meet your expectations, I typically need the following information from clients before starting a project:
- Project scope and goals: Type of online design (e.g. logo, re-website, website, social media graphics, advertising, food menu, fashion ads, mockups)
- Target audience
- Brand guidelines: Preferred style and inspiration, any preferred colour scheme and fonts
- Existing content (e.g. logos, images, text content, materials)
- Design inspiration
- Required specifications (for websites: number of pages, e-commerce capabilities; for redesign and/or rebranding requests: existing materials or branding elements)
- Platform preferences
- Timeline
With this information, I can provide accurate turnaround times:
Web Design: 3-40 days
Logo Design: 1-4 days
Brand Graphic Design: 7-30 days
Ads, Posters, and A4 Size Brochures: Typically included in social media ad designs and web design projects.
Please Note:
Book and Brochure Pages (4-10 pages) are not within my scope of services.
Printing Services: I do not handle printing or image files for ads, brochures, or posters. For print needs, please request a USB backup from OfficeWorks or a store sign print shop.
